What is an AI agent — how is it different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT and similar tools are reactive — you ask, they answer, and nothing happens unless you're there to start the conversation. An AI agent is proactive. It connects to your real tools, runs on a schedule, monitors your inbox, and takes actions — drafting, logging, summarising — without you initiating every single task. Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. You interact with your agent by sending WhatsApp or Telegram messages — exactly like texting a colleague. We handle all servers, configuration, and code. You don't touch any of it.
What about GDPR and data privacy?
Your agent runs on EU-hosted infrastructure. We connect to your tools via OAuth — we never see or store your passwords. The AI models we use (such as Anthropic's Claude) operate under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is the same framework that covers Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, and most tools Irish businesses already use. For businesses handling sensitive personal data, we're happy to provide full technical documentation for your solicitor or DPO.
Will it send emails or take actions without my approval?
No. By default, your agent drafts for your review — it never sends, posts, or deletes without your explicit approval. You can expand permissions gradually as trust builds, but the default is always human-in-the-loop.
